1, civilized language:

In the process of talking with the personnel on duty, the security guard must be kind, keep smiling, have a kind tone and speak appropriately. For example, the security guard should say "please show me your certificate" when checking and verifying; When you need to register, say "please register".

If the other person is unfriendly, say, "Please don't get angry, and have something to say"; When the other person expresses his gratitude, he should say "You're welcome, this is what we should do" and so on.

2, generous sitting posture:

When the security guard is on duty, he is sitting on duty, and the sitting posture should be stretched and natural; At the same time, the upper body should be straight, don't stoop, don't hang your shoulders, shake your legs, cross your feet and shake your body, keep your knees together, and don't pull tables and chairs with your hands at will; When talking with people, you should sit up straight and look directly at each other, which makes you look full of energy.

3. Dress code:

Security uniforms must be worn as required when on duty, and the security uniforms of the same shift must be consistent. It is not allowed to wear multiple uniforms in the same shift (such as long sleeves and short sleeves mixed); Wear duty supplies as required, such as walkie-talkies and batons; In addition, female security guards are not allowed to wear earrings, necklaces, rings and other accessories when on duty, and are not allowed to stroke their eyebrows, apply lipstick, rub rouge or dye their nails.

4. Walk steadily:

When walking, you should stand upright, hold your head high, look straight ahead, move your legs forward alternately with rhythm, and walk naturally and steadily. When walking in public, you should obey the traffic rules; Courtesy between pedestrians; Stand aside when talking to people; Don't walk back and forth when two people walk; When walking in uniform, don't eat, don't smoke, and don't put your hands in your trouser pockets.

5, the appearance should be neat:

Hair should be combed frequently, and no big buns, sideburns, long hair and beard are allowed, and nails should be trimmed frequently. Abide by social ethics, develop good hygiene habits, do not throw cigarette butts, peels, scraps of paper, spit and pour leftovers, rice and dirty water; Don't wipe your nose, pick your teeth, take off your shoes and socks and eat when you are on duty.
