M) It is forbidden to use copper wire for protection in RC fuses of various distribution boxes, and special copper fuse pieces that match the actual use must be used.
N) The switch box must meet the requirements of "one machine, one brake, one leakage box", and the leakage switch in the box shall not exceed the rated leakage current of 30ma/0.1s..
O) The switch box must be fixed and suspended, and shall not be placed anywhere. It is forbidden to use boxes whose inclination exceeds 15.
P) For all power supply lines, electrical equipment and various distribution boxes, the electrician on duty at the site shall conduct comprehensive and detailed inspection at least twice a day, and handle the problems in time and make records when found.
Q) The personnel on duty shall regularly check and clean the low-voltage cabinet in the transformer room according to the requirements of the specification, and report the problems in time.
R) All distribution boxes on the construction site must be cleaned once a week. Dust, humidity and other places, according to the situation to increase the number of cleaning, to ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the distribution box.
S) Electrical equipment must be tested for insulation resistance before installation and use, and can only be put into use after passing the test.
T) The site electrician must record the action of the leakage protection switch, such as action time, action reason and action times. , find out the cause of the action and handle it before it can continue to be put into use.
U) All electrical equipment on the site must be connected to a three-level distribution box, otherwise they are not allowed to be used. Switch and leakage protector must be installed in the box. The distance between tertiary box and secondary box should not be greater than 30m, and the distance between tertiary box and electrical equipment should not be greater than 5m.
V) During the rainy season, the terminal test of the leakage switch must be carried out every month. If no action is found, it should be replaced immediately and recorded truthfully.
