The units revoked according to law are: Shihezi Zhongshan Higher Education Professional School, Shihezi Di Wei National Music Art Professional School, Shihezi Suzaku Music Art School, Shihezi Boya Art Professional School, Shihezi Hongyuan Computer Training School, Shihezi Yucai School, Shihezi Children's Abacus Arithmetic Training School, Shihezi Wenhua Model Aircraft School, Shihezi Qin Hai Cultural Professional School, Shihezi Longman School, Shihezi Guo Dong Art School, There are 265,438+0 in Shihezi Success Culture and Art School, Shihezi Tianai Culture and Art School, Shihezi High-tech Computer Training School, Shihezi Green Doudou English Specialized School, Shihezi Philharmonic Art Specialized School, Shihezi Chunhui Culture and Art Specialized School, Shihezi Yi Tuo Foreign Language Specialized School, Shihezi Caiyi Art Calligraphy School, Shihezi Le Jia Art Specialized School and Shihezi Zaohui Kindergarten.
According to the relevant provisions of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the requirements of the Notice on Carrying out the Annual Inspection of Private Education Institutions in 20 18, Shihezi Education Bureau organized the annual inspection in 20 18 from 0/0 to 3/0.
Where the rectification unit, must be aimed at the existing problems, formulate practical measures, serious rectification, rectification within a time limit of three months and report to the Education Bureau for examination and acceptance; For schools that fail to rectify or refuse to rectify within the time limit, the Education Bureau will order them to suspend business for rectification according to the relevant provisions of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education until their qualifications for running schools are cancelled according to law.
Unqualified units shall be ordered to stop enrolling students and running schools in 20 19, focus on rectification within three months, and report to the competent education department for review. If the review fails, the school license shall be revoked.
The unit whose school license has been cancelled shall no longer publicize and recruit students for the society, and its school license and agency seal shall be invalid from the date of cancellation.
Ma Hongyan, deputy director of the Social Forces Office of Shihezi Education Bureau, stressed that he hoped that all qualified units would strictly implement the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, abide by laws and regulations, standardize school-running behaviors, strengthen education and teaching management, and strive to improve the quality of running schools. I hope that when choosing an educational institution, parents must personally visit the school, carefully verify whether the other party's school license is complete, and fully understand the actual situation of the education and training institution before going through the relevant procedures.
