Pingchang County Education Bureau guides the ideological and political education, moral education, team work, sports health and art education, national defense education and publicity work of Pingchang County schools; Organize and guide the military training of students in ordinary colleges and high schools (including ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools, technical schools and vocational high schools) in Pingchang County; Guide the school's safety, stability and public security work.

Participate in the formulation of employment and entrepreneurship policies and plans for college graduates in Pingchang county, and provide employment guidance and services to college graduates who have left school and have gone through the formalities of suspension.

Implement national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and policies on education, draft local regulations and rules of Pingchang County, formulate relevant policies and measures and organize their implementation.
