(2) The training system is imperfect and the mode is monotonous and rigid. According to the training investigation report of authoritative organizations on enterprises in China, 92% of enterprises do not have a perfect training system. In terms of training management institutions, only 42% of enterprises have their own training departments; In terms of training knowledge, 64% of enterprises claim to have their own training system, but after discussion and in-depth visits, almost all enterprises admit that their training system is a mere formality; In terms of training needs, few companies have conducted standardized training needs analysis. When many enterprises mention training, they are all "monotonous brands", such as giving lectures and studying abroad for a week. They never or rarely consider their own needs, but are more formal and train for training.
(3) The training practice is not effective. The effect of training practice can be divided into two aspects. One is the failed training, that is, the training implemented by the enterprise has no direct or indirect influence on the original state, and does not promote the future development of the enterprise. The second is useless training. "Use" means that after training, you can apply what you have learned to practical practice. Since you have a kind of ability, you should make the best use of your talents, instead of doing what you should do after training, as if the training day is just a special "welfare" given by the enterprise.
