Alpai's internship program for new employees is a representative project of Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information's "International Industry-University Cooperation". New employees of Japanese enterprises pair up with students from the information management department and Japanese department of the school for Chinese, cross-cultural and e-commerce internships. Through one-month internship, Chinese and Japanese students fully realize the importance of communication and coordination, competition and cooperation, innovative practice and teamwork spirit in cross-cultural environment.
