Brief introduction of Huaihua personnel bureau
1997, the former Huaihua District Personnel Bureau was revoked and Huaihua City Personnel Bureau was established due to the withdrawal of land to set up a city. In 2002, the city carried out institutional reform. After the internal structure and staffing of Huaihua Personnel Bureau were re-approved, eight departments were set up, 1 room, namely: office, civil servant management department, salary and welfare department, professional and technical personnel management department, foreign experts department, resettlement and mobile deployment department of demobilized cadres, comprehensive planning and personnel arbitration department, education and training department and personnel department.

The Personnel Bureau consists of five institutions, namely, the Municipal Talent Exchange Service Center, the National Civil Servant Training Center, the Receiving and Training Center for Demobilized Military Cadres, the Examination Guidance Service Center of the Municipal Personnel Bureau, and the Management Office for Retired Cadres of Municipal Organs and Institutions.

There are personnel bureaus under the three leading group offices of the city: the office of the leading group for the reform of professional titles, the office of the leading group for the reform of the wage system of municipal organs and institutions, and the office of the leading group for the resettlement of demobilized military cadres.

There are 57 cadres and workers in the overall situation.
