During these days' training, I also learned about the structure of the store, the display of goods and the foundation of management, which made me doubly understand that supermarkets need careful and responsible employees.

If we lose care in our work, we can't grasp the customer's desire to buy well except the structure and furnishings. And the shopping trend of customers, the giant magnetic point will also fail to achieve the fantasy effect and lose its due value; In addition, the display of shelves requires us to know: how to apply the display ability to each layer of shelves well, so as to create greater value and benefit; However, color contrast can also greatly brighten customers' eyes and attract and retain customers' footsteps.

From the training effect, we can see that the company attaches importance to training. Especially when the assembly is timely, every team member should be in place as soon as possible. We can obviously feel the infection of our own promotion, do things in an orderly way and never put them into action, which also cultivates our energy of hard work and hons our tenacious willpower and execution. During military training, instructors organize us to sing and play games, which not only increases the unity and friendship among colleagues, but also understands that the strength of the team is the greatest, and only when we are in step with each other can we better complete the task.

Secondly, the company led four days of corporate culture training, real-time governance, business justice related knowledge, Song learning of Runhua, and more importantly, the discussion of the chairman, which made me deeply understand the importance that the company attaches to our new employees. During the training, I learned more about the enterprise's entrepreneurial history, growth history and the overall goal of the company's third venture in the future, which made us more clear about the goal of growing up in Runhua and positioned ourselves well. I was more impulsive and surprised at Luan's symposium. The impulsive thing is that Luan took time out of his busy schedule to attend this symposium, and stood up every time he answered a question and asked me if I was satisfied with your answer. To my surprise, Luan is always so warm and amiable, and there is no sense of oppression with the winners. Luan told us about the company's entrepreneurial progress and future growth bias. Answering some questions we asked, let us have a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture and the third venture. We have learned product knowledge in the past four days. I am a salesman. In this training, the training of product knowledge is extremely rich.
