(a), to obtain the qualification of primary professional and technical positions in engineering, or to have the study and work experience in engineering related majors (graduated from technical secondary school and worked for more than 5 years, graduated from junior college and worked for more than 3 years, graduated from undergraduate course and worked for more than 1 year);
(2) Having passed the training;
(three), the age is not more than 60 years old.
To apply for supervision qualification, the supervision unit shall declare to the unit with approval authority after signing the opinions, and submit the following relevant materials:
(a), "water conservancy project construction supervision engineer qualification application form";
(two), identity card, academic certificate or professional and technical post qualification certificate, supervisor training certificate.

To obtain the qualification of supervisor, it must be approved by China Water Conservancy Engineering Association, or approved by industry self-regulatory organizations or intermediaries with approval authority, and reported to China Water Conservancy Engineering Association for the record, and then the qualification certificate of national water conservancy project construction supervisor will be issued.
To obtain the qualification of supervision engineer, one must pass the qualification examination organized by China Water Conservancy Engineering Association and issue the qualification certificate of national water conservancy engineering construction supervision engineer. To obtain the post qualification of chief supervision engineer, one must hold the registration certificate of water conservancy project construction supervision engineer and pass the training, and the post certificate of national chief supervision engineer of water conservancy project construction will be approved and issued by China Water Conservancy Engineering Association.
