1. In order to strengthen the company's fire safety education and training, improve the fire safety quality of employees, effectively prevent fires and reduce fire hazards, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the Fire Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations.

Second, the training object, the fire brigade of the security department is responsible for training the fire safety responsible persons and management personnel of all branches and departments.

Third, the security department fire brigade is responsible for drawing up the education and training plan of this unit, organizing new employees and employees entering new positions to receive pre-job fire safety training, and conducting fire retraining for employees of this unit in stages and batches.

Four, the security department fire brigade in accordance with the following provisions of fire safety education and training for employees:

(a) regularly carry out various forms of fire safety publicity and education;

(2) Conduct pre-job fire safety training for new employees and new employees;

(three) to conduct fire safety training for employees at least once a year;

(four) key units of fire safety shall organize at least once every six months, and other units shall organize fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills at least once a year.

(five) to carry out fire safety education and training for employees, focusing on fire danger, fire prevention and fire fighting measures, operation and use of fire fighting facilities and fire fighting equipment, evacuation and escape knowledge.

Six, all branches and departments should carry out the following fire safety education:

(a) the fire safety knowledge into the new employee training content;

(2) Conduct pre-job fire safety training for employees who have been transferred, reinstated and left their posts for more than seven days.

(three) according to the characteristics and requirements of different positions, to carry out targeted fire safety education for employees;

(4) Organize employees to conduct emergency evacuation drills at least once every quarter;

Three, the unit shall establish a fire safety education and training file, record the training, teaching, examination and so on.

Four, the following personnel of this unit shall receive social fire safety training:

1, person in charge of fire safety, fire safety administrator;

2. Operator on duty in fire control room

3. Other personnel who should receive special training in fire safety according to regulations.

Five, fire safety education and training attendance and assessment, spot check results and unit fire safety evaluation and reward and punishment system, and the implementation of rewards and punishments.

6. According to the Regulations of Shandong Province on Fire Safety Management, on the annual fire safety publicity day-1 1.9, this unit shall conduct fire safety education and training by organizing large-scale fire publicity and drills on that day to improve the fire awareness of all employees.
