Application material
In the application process, you need to fill in the Application Form for Accounting Qualification Certificate truthfully, and prepare relevant materials, including ID card, diploma of accounting major above technical secondary school, certificate of accounting qualification examination, certificate of primary accounting computerization (or certificate of abacus level 5 or above). At the same time, don't forget to bring two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos.
Review process
After submitting the application, the accounting qualification management department will carefully check and review your application and the materials provided. Once you pass the exam, you will get an accounting qualification certificate and officially become an intermediate accountant!
continuing education
The accounting qualification certificate shall be subject to regular annual inspection system, in principle, it shall be inspected 0 times every 2 years. The holder shall participate in the continuing education and training of accounting personnel organized by the financial department in accordance with the regulations to ensure the continuous improvement of professional knowledge and skills.

Matters needing attention in annual inspection
If the holder fails to participate in or pass the annual inspection of the accounting qualification management department, his accounting qualification certificate will automatically become invalid, and he shall not reapply for the accounting qualification certificate within two years from the date of expiration. So be sure to pay attention to the annual inspection to ensure that your certificate is always valid.
