Because our city relaxed the admission age last year and cancelled preschool classes, students' pinyin foundation is different and their ages are quite different, which objectively has a certain impact on the pinyin teaching of grade one. After two years of exploration, our school has accumulated some experience in pinyin teaching and achieved good teaching results. Now some of our practices in teaching are summarized as follows: First, follow objective laws and choose teaching strategies scientifically. There are differences in cognitive level, cognitive characteristics and individual psychological characteristics among students of different ages, which requires us to carefully analyze the characteristics and laws of freshmen's psychological activities and choose appropriate teaching strategies on this basis. Judging from the characteristics of children's psychological development, children who have just entered school are still intuitive and vivid in perception and memory, and their abstract thinking is weak. Children's attention is easily attracted by novel stimuli. Therefore, if children want to master those boring pinyin happily, they must adopt intuitive, vivid and vivid teaching methods. At the same time, in the teaching process, we should respect students' dominant position, respect each student's unique feelings and experiences, cultivate students' self-confidence and sense of accomplishment, and establish a pleasant psychological experience when they first contact with schools and classrooms, which will have a positive impact on their future study. Second, strengthen teacher training and improve teachers' professional quality. Teachers are the organizers and participants of teaching, and their professional level directly affects the learning effect of students. Therefore, we choose teachers with strong sense of responsibility, high professional level and certain teaching experience as the first-level teaching work every year, and take various measures to continuously improve their professional level. 1. Organize to learn related knowledge of psychology and pedagogy, learn new curriculum standards and update educational concepts. We ask each teacher to write 20 business notes and 20 educational essays every year, and an exhibition will be held at the end of the term. Through learning, teachers can use new ideas to guide teaching work and lay the foundation for successfully completing teaching tasks. 2, actively participate in all kinds of training at all levels. Organize first-grade teachers to participate in the training of new textbooks, mental health training of primary school students, class teacher training and modern educational technology training organized by the city and district. In the training, we pay attention to stimulating the motivation of students and teachers to participate in the training, mobilizing teachers to actively think and practice, and actively participate in the training as the main body, which improves the training effect. Third, choose appropriate teaching methods to enrich classroom teaching. Freshmen are easily distracted and need external stimulation to concentrate. Therefore, in teaching, teachers use children's favorite teaching methods, such as games, nursery rhymes and activities, to stimulate children's interest in learning and improve teaching effect. 1 game. Through games, students read aloud repeatedly, which strengthened their memory and achieved good results. 2. Children's songs. Children's songs are loved by students because of their catchy and easy-to-understand characteristics. In teaching, we firmly grasp this feature and introduce a large number of nursery rhymes into the classroom, making nursery rhymes an effective way to improve the teaching effect of Chinese Pinyin. Our school not only accepts pinyin regularly, but also holds spelling competitions every year to commend students who learn pinyin well and motivate them to learn pinyin well and speak Mandarin well. We also encourage students to subscribe to the magazine "Pupils' Spelling, Reading and Writing" and organize students to read in extracurricular activities. In addition, students are encouraged to write short diaries in pinyin. Although students can't write well, have many wrong syllables and can only write one sentence, they fully realize the importance of learning Pinyin by keeping a diary, apply what they have learned and consolidate the learning effect. Fifth, combine outside school to form an educational synergy of 1 to win the support of parents. The importance of family education is self-evident. Schools and teachers must properly handle the relationship with parents, strengthen contact and cooperation with parents and promote the healthy growth of students. At the beginning of each freshman year, we hold parent-teacher meetings in time, listen to parents' educational opinions and suggestions with an open mind, and invite educational experts to make special reports for parents. And maintain frequent and close contact with parents of students, strive for timely communication, keep consistent with parents in education methods, and strive for parents' support to the maximum extent. 2. Strengthen young contacts. Entering the first grade of primary school from kindergarten and starting school life is a major change in students' lives. In order to make students adapt to this change smoothly, we actively contact neighboring kindergartens, send first-grade teachers to kindergartens to listen to large classes, invite kindergarten teachers to attend lectures and seminars at schools, listen to their opinions, give them our suggestions, learn from each other's strengths, and help students adapt to school life in the shortest time.
