Solution:

1. First, make sure there is nothing wrong with the microphone hardware. Please try another voice call before entering the conference system.

2. The user who initiated the meeting should choose computer audio access when initiating.

3. If there is no computer audio access, click "Select Audio" in the lower left corner to access after entering the live broadcast.

4. Check whether the mute function is used or you have muted it. Non-administrators cannot unmute it.

If there is no sound during the video conference in the video conference room, we have a spare microphone or speaker that can be connected immediately. If not, we can immediately change computers, tablets and mobile phones to join in and transmit audio by temporarily joining. After the meeting, take a good look at whether there is something wrong with the speaker microphone or the computer itself is occupied.
