Doctors who meet the following conditions before the implementation of this specification can carry out interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases without training and evaluation of clinical application ability of interventional diagnosis and treatment technology of cardiovascular diseases:

1. has a high professional ethics, and has a high level of expertise identified by peer experts, and has been recommended by more than two chief physicians of this specialty, of which at least 1 is a doctor from another hospital.

2. Engaged in clinical work of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in tertiary hospitals 10 years or more, with professional and technical post qualifications of deputy chief physician or above.

3. In the past five years, more than 300 cases of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases have been independently completed, and no medical accidents related to interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases have occurred. The incidence of angiographic complications is less than 0.5%, and the mortality related to interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is less than 0.5%.

In addition to the above conditions, doctors who intend to engage in coronary intervention have independently completed more than 200 cases of coronary intervention in the past five years.

Doctors who intend to engage in catheter ablation therapy have independently completed catheter ablation therapy 100 cases in recent 5 years.

Doctors who intend to engage in pacemaker therapy have independently completed more than 50 cases of pacemaker therapy in the past five years.

Doctors who intend to engage in interventional therapy of congenital heart disease have independently completed interventional therapy of congenital heart disease in more than 50 cases in the past 5 years.
