1.GPS search difference;
2. Abnormal network connection;
3. Beyond the RTK coverage area of the network or the package is invalid.
Please check the following:
1. Please check the working state of RTK module, place the plane outdoors, make sure there are no obstacles above the plane, observe the star-seeking state of the plane after turning off RTK, and check whether the message "Ready to take off" is displayed in the upper left corner of the remote controller to confirm whether the plane has been positioned successfully.
When the number of search stars is always 0, it means that RTK antenna works abnormally. Please send the plane back for testing, and click this application: self-service.
2. If the RTK antenna works normally, please check the validity of the RTK package through the RTK settings page. If the network RTK has expired, please purchase the package before using it.
3. If the network RTK package works normally, please use RTK service without network. It is normal that the network RTK cannot be used at this time. It is suggested to choose D-RTK 2 mobile station, or try again in an area with good network conditions.
4. Please try to use the aircraft parameter tuning software to upgrade/refresh the firmware of the aircraft and remote controller, and restart it after the upgrade is successful to confirm whether it is back to normal.
