I recommend you to learn oral English in New Oriental, or find a foreign teacher for one-on-one oral training. But finding a tutor is a bit expensive. My brother went to New Oriental to learn spoken English before going abroad. The price is reasonable, including accommodation, which is quite reassuring. My spoken English has improved a lot since I came back, and I quickly adapted to life abroad after going abroad.
