Our original Word documents are generally edited in the "page" or "normal" state, and Word also provides us with an "outline" file, so we first open the original file, then find the "View" menu in the menu bar, click the "Outline" menu item after opening it, and the files will be automatically arranged into an outline file, then we will save it as a file, and then we will open the PowerPoint program. Click "Insert" on the menu bar, select "Slides (from Outline)", select the Word outline document just saved in the open Insert Outline dialog box, and click "Insert", so that the Word outline document becomes a PowerPoint presentation. The corresponding relationship between them is that the first-level title of Word outline document becomes the title of PowerPoint presentation page, the second-level title of Word outline document becomes the first-level text of PowerPoint presentation page, the third-level title of Word outline document becomes the main content of PowerPoint presentation page, and so on. This method is very convenient for friends who are used to editing documents in Word outline view, but it is still inconvenient for friends who are used to Word page view, so let's take a look at the following methods.
Second, create PowerPoint presentation directly in Word.
If you have written content or articles previously edited in Word in page view and want to make them into slides, you can apply Style and shortcut keys in Word to create a presentation directly.
Please select the position you think will be the title of the slide, then select "Title 1", and so on. Then select Tools on the menu bar, then select Customize, then select the Command tab in the pop-up dialog box, select all commands from the left window, and find the Present It command from the right window. Hold down "Present It" with the left mouse button and drag it to the menu bar or toolbar of Word. When you release the mouse, a menu item or shortcut button will be established accordingly. Through this shortcut button, you can directly call the PowerPoint program to directly convert the current Word document into a PowerPoint presentation and display it in outline view. After clicking "present", you will find that all the titles defined by the title 1 style are regarded as an independent slide. If you don't define a style for the Word document, after clicking [[Presentation]], PowerPoint will treat each paragraph of the document as a slide, which is quite simple and convenient, and then modify the presentation according to your work needs or your favorite appearance.
After mastering the above two methods, we can organize articles under the customary Word and then easily turn them into PowerPoint presentations.
