3. Lack of funds. Subsidies for river stock garbage remediation, river dredging and poultry farming shutdown, especially for sewage interception and treatment projects, are quite large, which cannot be supported by street financial resources alone. Some farmers have great resistance because they have nothing to do with stopping subsidizing subsidies. On the other hand, the amount of funds for laying and dismantling the tertiary sewage pipe network is large.
4. Joint law enforcement. Because there is no administrative law enforcement power in the street, especially the problems such as enterprise sewage discharge and livestock and poultry breeding shutdown, the relevant departments in the district need to take the lead in implementation.

The financial funds of our street are tight, especially the funds such as sewage interception project, illegal demolition work, river embankment masonry and reconstruction, and farmers' shutdown subsidies need subsidies from the district.
3. It is suggested that the housing and construction departments in this area should pay close attention to the implementation of various engineering measures for sewage interception and acceptance, and speed up the construction of secondary sewage interception pipe network.
4. It is suggested to expand the scope of dredging and dredging rivers and start them as soon as possible. With the arrival of summer, the sediment will accelerate deterioration and floating, which will worsen the water quality. Only by dredging can it be completely solved.
