3.4.2 The operator first finds out the materials that need to be updated on the table, and confirms their material numbers, component names, specifications and errors.

3.4.3 According to the material number, component name, specification and error of the material to be replaced, find out the same new material on the material car to be put on line. All bulk materials (0402 components, full capacitance) of the patch materials without screen printing must be measured, the measured objects should be attached to the tray, and the screen printing components should be screen printed.

3.4.4 Record the material number, feeder, component name, error, manufacturer, batch number and quantity on the new tray of SMT Refueling Record Form, and take a new material and paste it on the record form.

3.4.5 Before picking, check the material number, component name, specifications and errors described in the new and old trays. If there is no difference, prepare for picking.

3.4.6 First, take the empty material at the front end of the new material to the middle of the first feeding gear hole at the front end of the first component and cut it flat; After that, the old material on the feeder is cut flat from the middle position of the first feeding gear hole at the rear end of the last material (as shown in the figure), and then the two ends of the cut old and new materials are bonded together with receiving belts.

3.4.7 After the interface is connected, it is necessary to compare the appearance size and color of materials at both ends of the interface and the screen printing on the surface of components, and then compare the material number, component name, specification and error of the replaced old tray and the connected new tray. Then use the layout table to confirm the feeding station, material number and product name of the new material. After there is no difference, fill in the "Refueling Time" and "Operator" in the "Refueling Record Form". And find a material engineer to review it in time. 3.4.8 If the feeder needs to be replaced due to abnormal or defective use in the production process, the materials of each station on the feeder must be recorded in the refueling record book, and the replacement time and feeder number should be recorded in the production report. And timely notify the material inventory personnel to carry out material inventory.
