Article 9 The training contents of the secretary of the board of directors of listed companies mainly include the legal framework for the operation of listed companies, the rights, obligations and legal responsibilities of the secretary of the board of directors, the information disclosure norms of listed companies and the standardized operation practices of listed companies, the refinancing and merger and reorganization policies of listed companies, and the implementation rules and operational points of business innovation of listed companies. The training requirement is to improve the professional level and strengthen the consciousness of diligence and standardized operation.
