Procuratorial prevention. Throughout the dynastic changes in ancient China, official duty crime has always been an important reason for dynastic changes. Therefore, every dynasty has established many legal systems for management officials, which have rich means and experience in preventing duty crimes. The author tries to sort out and analyze the ancient laws of preventing duty crimes in China, in order to provide reference for the current procuratorial organs to prevent duty crimes.
