The talent training of IC Xiuzhen Institute has gathered a group of top experts, professors and engineers in China. At present, the team has 1 guidance academicians, 18 professors from well-known universities such as Jiaotong University, Chengdian University, Xidian University and Huakeda University, and more than 50 senior lecturers.

The teaching R&D team thoroughly investigated the employment needs and characteristics of hundreds of integrated circuit enterprises, and built a talent training system which is oriented by enterprise needs and combines theory with practice, aiming at cultivating enterprise-oriented talents with solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, and helping the sustainable development of integrated circuit industry.
