What do provincial awards generally include?
Provincial and ministerial recognition is the recognition of units or individuals by provincial and ministerial governments. Specifically, it refers to the awards directly awarded by the people of China and the party committees or people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Public Security, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the China People's Liberation Army.

Commendation level

(1) National recognition

National recognition refers to recognition in the name of the Central Committee and the State Council. Such as: national outstanding party member, national advanced workers, etc.

(2) Provincial and ministerial level commendation

1. Provincial commendation, in the name of the provincial party committee and government. For example, Fujian's outstanding talents are produced in party member and Fujian's outstanding talents.

2 ministerial recognition, commended by the national ministries jointly issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Such as: advanced workers in the national judicial administrative system.

(3) Provincial and ministerial level system commendation

1. Provincial system commendation, mainly for the department (bureau) and the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department. For example, outstanding Communist Youth League cadres in Fujian Province, March 8th Red Flag Bearer in Fujian Province, advanced workers in the province's judicial system, advanced workers in the province's discipline inspection and supervision system and advanced workers in the province's prison management system.

2. The ministerial system commendation is mainly for national ministries and commissions alone or jointly with other departments (excluding Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), such as advanced individuals working in the national prison reeducation through labor (drug rehabilitation) system and advanced individuals in law enforcement training positions of the Ministry of Justice.

Of course, the commendation of the central and state organs' working committees should be regarded as national commendation. Our commendation is usually divided into national, provincial, municipal and county levels. The reason why it is a national commendation is that the National Committee of China Agriculture, Forestry, Water Conservancy and Meteorology Trade Union is a directly affiliated unit of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, a glorious title awarded by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions to laborers, enterprises, institutions and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, and one of the highest awards of the working class in China.

People's Republic of China (PRC) National Medal and National Honorary Title Act

Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution in order to reward outstanding people who have made outstanding contributions to the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, carry forward the national spirit and the spirit of the times, and stimulate the enthusiasm of people of all ethnic groups to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Article 2 National medals and national honorary titles are the highest honors of the country.

This Law shall apply to the establishment and award of national medals and national honorary titles.

Article 3 The State establishes the Medal of Peace, which is awarded to outstanding people who have made great contributions to Socialism with Chinese characteristics's national construction and national defense.

The State establishes the Friendship Medal, which is awarded to foreigners who have made outstanding contributions to China's socialist modernization, promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries, and safeguarding world peace.

Article 4 The State establishes the honorary title of the State, which is awarded to outstanding people who have made great contributions and enjoyed high reputation in the fields of economy, society, national defense, diplomacy, education, science and technology, culture, health and sports.

The name of the national honorary title is titled "people", and other names can be used. The specific name of the national honorary title shall be determined when the NPC Standing Committee decides to award it.
