Overview and classification of industrial lubricants

In the hydraulic transmission system, hydraulic oil, as an energy transmission medium, can transmit power, reduce friction, isolate worn surfaces, suspend pollutants, control the oxidation of components and have cooling effect. Various hydraulic systems have different types, structures and working conditions. In order to meet the requirements of various systems, hydraulic oil must have certain properties, such as viscosity, viscosity index, relative density, wear resistance, low temperature, acid value, flash point, oxidation stability, demulsification, hydrolysis stability, foaming, deflation, shear stability, rust prevention and filtration. HL hydraulic oil is made of neutral base oil with high refining depth and antioxidant and antirust additives. Used in hydraulic equipment of general machine tools to reduce the wear and tear of parts, reduce the temperature rise and prevent rusting.
HM hydraulic oil is made of neutral base oil with high refining depth and viscosity index greater than 95, and added with antioxidant, antirust agent and antiwear agent. Therefore, it has good wear resistance and can be used in high-speed and high-pressure hydraulic systems.
HG hydraulic oil is made by adding anti-stick and anti-slip additives (oiliness agent or friction reducer) on the basis of HM hydraulic oil. It has good anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-wear properties, and also has excellent anti-stick-slip performance. It is used in hydraulic system of machine tool and lubrication system of guide rail to reduce vibration and intermittent sliding (stick-slip) of guide rail at low speed, but it is not suitable for high-pressure hydraulic system.
HV hydraulic oil is prepared from base oil with viscosity index greater than 130, and added with antioxidant, antirust, antiwear, viscosity index improver and pour point depressant, which can be used for hydraulic equipment working in cold areas and harsh environments.
HS hydraulic oil is a synthetic hydraulic oil. It uses α -olefin synthetic oil with excellent low-temperature performance as base oil, and adds various additives similar to high-pressure hydraulic oil to make low-temperature hydraulic oil with pour point not higher than -45℃, which is suitable for hydraulic equipment working in cold areas and harsh environments.
