Reasonable specialty setting: Based on the social market and serving the local economy, we have set up six majors, including comprehensive high school, electronic and electrical appliance application and maintenance, machinery manufacturing and control, accounting, fashion design and computer application, among which electronic and electrical appliance application and maintenance, machinery manufacturing and control were rated as "municipal demonstration majors".
Excellent skills of students: the school attaches great importance to strengthening students' skills and advocates "one specialty and many abilities" and "many specialties and many abilities". Over the years, the passing rate of students' primary skills in various majors is 1.000%, and the national average textual research rate of intermediate skills is over 90%. Over the past three years, more than 80 students have won the third prize at the municipal level in skill competitions at all levels.
High employment rate of students: the school provides graduates with broad employment prospects, pays attention to improving the ideological quality and skill level of employed students, actively integrates into the Yangtze River Delta, builds advanced manufacturing industries, and cooperates with enterprises such as Jiangsu, Hangzhou, Xiaoshan, Ningbo and Yuhang to form an order-based talent training mechanism. In the past three years, the employment rate of graduates (except for further study) has been above 95%.
The social benefits are obvious: give full play to the teaching resources of vocational schools and vigorously carry out practical skills training for rural surplus labor force, especially young and middle-aged people, which provides favorable conditions for farmers to re-employment. In the past three years, it has trained more than 30 sessions for fitters, turners, welders, fashion designers, computer operators and computerized accountants, and trained more than 2,000 farmers, which has been well received by the society.
