Emergency plan for people trapped in elevator No.2 1. Any employee who receives an alarm from the owner or finds a passenger trapped in the elevator shall immediately notify the security fire control room and record the time of receiving the report and finding it.

After receiving the report, the security fire control room, on the one hand, knows the location, trapped people, personnel and the floor where the elevator is located through the monitoring system or walkie-talkie, on the other hand, reports to the security manager or the foreman on duty through the walkie-talkie and requests to send someone or contact the engineering department for rescue.

5. 6. In the process of rescue, if anyone (especially the elderly or children) among the trapped passengers is found fainting or comatose, the medical staff should be immediately notified to be present, so that the trapped passengers can be rescued after being rescued.

7. After the trapped person is rescued, the manager of the security department or the foreman on duty should immediately express condolences to him, understand his physical condition and needs, and ask him to provide his name, address, contact number and the reason for coming to the community.
