Henan Provincial Audit Office Training Center is a public institution. Participating units, also known as participating institutions, refer to institutions, people's organizations and mass organizations that manage public affairs with reference to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as reference management).

The Audit Office of Henan Province is an integral part of the provincial government. The office of the Audit Committee of Henan Provincial Party Committee is located in the Audit Office of Henan Province. The Audit Office of Henan Province implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on audit work, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on audit work in the process of performing its duties. The provincial audit office independently exercises the power of audit supervision in accordance with the law and is not subject to interference from other administrative organs, social organizations and individuals.
