What are some examples of pdca in life?
Take internal staff training as an example:

Plan (P): Collect training needs, define training objectives, determine the person in charge of training, training content, trainers, personnel who need to participate in training, time, place, training form, what conditions are needed, what training materials are needed, and how to plan to evaluate this training.

Implementation (d): send notice, confirm participation, hold training and record training.

Check (c): Check whether the training purpose has been achieved through investigation, interview, test and practical inspection. Is there a problem with the training arrangement? Is there anything that the trainer needs to improve in content and form? Does the training material meet the demand? Do you have any other suggestions and requirements for the trainees?

Improvement (a): Solidify the successful and effective places and form standards.

Identify the areas that need improvement, make improvement plans, and enter the next PDCA cycle.

The life of PDCA cycle mode can be simply described as:

P- Planning: According to the customer's requirements and the organization's policy, establish the necessary objectives and processes for providing results.

Implementation: the implementation process.

C- inspection: according to the policy, objectives and product requirements, monitor and measure the process and product, and report the results.

Disposal: Take measures to continuously improve the process.
