Lesson: In less than a year after the replacement of many belt conveyors, the phenomenon of glue opening and tearing occurred many times in a row, which increased everyone's workload. For this phenomenon, the cause of the problem is carefully analyzed, and it is considered that the knife accidentally injured the next layer of canvas when cutting the joint, which led to the decrease of the tensile capacity of the belt and the rupture of the canvas. C8B belt replacement and C5B reconnection are carried out in strict accordance with "point W" and "point H", and no quality problems have been found yet.
2, the main work experience or lessons
(1) The task of fuel maintenance is heavy, and the site conditions of coal transportation are difficult, so it has strong professional and technical characteristics. Ignorance and blind operation of professional technology will cause mechanical equipment and personal injury. Through several years of production practice, I know the importance of professional knowledge. In order to be better qualified for the job and improve my professional level and working ability, I have studied and passed the intermediate repairman exam according to the actual work needs in recent years. Through study, my professional and technical level has been improved obviously. Every time, I can actively participate in various technical trainings organized by the team. After learning, I can summarize the practice according to the actual work, find out the weak links, and effectively promote the improvement of work ability. There are 18 belt conveyor, two coal crushers and three bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers at the coal conveying site. Only by fully understanding the structure, performance and operation characteristics of all kinds of mechanical equipment, understanding the operation knowledge of all kinds of mechanical equipment, mastering the operation rules of coal conveying operation, and constantly learning, skillfully applying and summing up work experience, can these superficial perceptual knowledge be gradually improved to a deeper stage of rational understanding, and the work can be done better. Some people were transferred from this post because of the strong physical labor intensity and difficult working conditions at the coal transportation site. I think that only by working hard, learning skills and studying hard can we gradually improve working conditions and achieve something in any work.
(2) In view of the fact that there are many exposed transmission parts of the equipment belonging to the coal transportation major, which poses a threat to the personal safety and equipment safety of our major, our major has actively formulated the annual safety target of this major to prevent personal accidents and strictly implement the relevant measures and regulations such as two votes, and made arrangements and implementation. By the end of 20xx, there were no personal accidents and equipment accidents in my major. However, in terms of preventing equipment accidents, three bucket turbines withdrew from standby, which once constituted a work obstacle. My major draws lessons from accidents in time, sums up experience and gives an example.
Third, after careful analysis and summary, corresponding preventive measures have been formulated; Civilized production: due to the poor output of the dust removal fan on site and the quality problem of coal burning, the dust concentration on site is high, and coal running and scattering are serious. Our major is to carry out the transformation of dust removal equipment and the inspection and replacement of sweeper, and strengthen the maintenance and daily cleaning of on-site hygiene.
3. Work plan:
The practice in coal transportation makes me fully realize that only by having a strong sense of responsibility for the work and mastering the necessary professional technology can we do a better job in coal transportation maintenance. In the future, I will continue to strengthen the study of coal transportation professional knowledge, so that I can learn from experienced people all my life and learn from experienced people in my work, further improve my professional technical ability, organize technical training and safety training for my team, let every employee in my team learn professional skills and master professional knowledge, and help the monitor to make our team a "learning team and a safe team". No minor injuries or personal accidents or major mechanical and electrical equipment accidents, to achieve stable and good operation of equipment; The main maintenance work includes vulcanization of 2# medium gangue belt, replacement of 3# medium gangue belt, heating maintenance project, etc.
First, the main work:
1. hidden danger rectification: in 20xx, the project department completed 952 hidden danger rectification projects, including 662 environmental sanitation projects, accounting for 69% of the total, 162 equipment hidden danger rectification and technical transformation projects, accounting for 17% of the total, and odd jobs, fire fighting and others accounted for/kloc-0. Hygiene and equipment are still two main aspects. The rectification of hidden dangers is 9 points less than last year because the distribution of mechanical and electrical personnel in the workshop is scientific and reasonable, and the main work, daily maintenance and secondary work are all assigned to different groups, which greatly improves the efficiency. At the same time, the inspection of equipment has been fully done, and many hidden dangers and problems can be found in time and effectively rectified.
2. Work against "Three Violations": In 20xx, our project department investigated and reported 54 cases of "Three Violations", self-examined 16 internal handlers of "Three Violations", and submitted monthly abnormal reports 12 to the safety committee. All violations were punished and educated, and habitual violations and phenomena still accounted for.
3. Safety study, safety training and work ticket management: The technicians of the project department make full use of the time of pre-shift meeting and safety regular meeting to lead employees to learn the documents and related systems of Wanneng and Zhongli power plants and pre-selected plants in time. In 20xx, the project department * * * organized 26 safety skills trainings, with 552 trainees and 286 training hours, of which 248 were trained by Xinyu Company. Practice has proved that effective training can effectively improve employees' safety awareness and skills. The project department strictly implemented the "two tickets" management regulations and conducted two trainings, which greatly reduced the problems and mistakes in the ticket handling process.
4. Fire fighting and comprehensive management: In 20xx, there was no fire accident in our project department, and 86 fire extinguishers were replaced, 46 in fire extinguisher box, 24 fire hoses were modified, 22 fire box glasses were installed, and 6 fire box frames were maintained 16, which was too long for effective supervision.

After the establishment of the team, I led all members of the team to overcome difficulties such as tight shifts and many equipment defects, and successfully completed various production tasks assigned by the factory department. At the same time, it also reflects some shortcomings and inadequacies in the work, and strives to achieve better results in next year's work. Therefore, I will make the following report on the work of the group after its establishment:
1, safety and civilized production:
As the team is newly established, I have conducted a team-level safety education and examination for everyone in the team, and organized the team to learn the dangerous points and pre-control measures of 20xx coal transportation and the safety documents issued by the superior. Conduct safety activities three times a month to learn the safety regulations and precautions of coal transportation. Up to 20xx165438+1October 23rd, there was no personal injury or equipment misoperation accident in our team. However, in the operation monitoring, a burning accident of rough broken bearing bush occurred. Although the accident was mainly caused by equipment installation, it also reflected that my work was not in place. After the accident, our class learned the lessons of the accident in time and carefully studied and analyzed it to avoid similar accidents. In terms of civilized production, our class cleans up the accumulated coal, spilled coal and stuck coal after each coal loading, and completes the sanitary cleaning work of the common area (primary crushing, secondary crushing, fourth section and coal-water room) according to the requirements of the Ministry. During cleaning, it was found that the first-level crushing and the second-level crushing ground were uneven and the water accumulated seriously. I hope the Ministry can coordinate the construction party to level the site.
2. Specialized technical training
Strictly implement this year's training plan and conduct technical training for team members. Technical training is divided into the combination of field practice and theory. So far, all the equipment except the bucket wheel has been trained. The bucket wheel training is arranged in June 5438+February, with 2-4 class hours of technical theory lectures, 4-6 class hours of on-site practical lectures, and 2 technical examinations per month, with a passing rate of 90%. Each class 1 technical question and answer, 1 operational analysis. Every night, the accident is expected to be studied once, and the new program-controlled Yang Yang will be trained comprehensively and systematically. Through training, Yang Yang won the second place in this quarter's exam, and is currently systematically training newcomer Jun Chen.
3. Team management and daily work
This year, our class actively completed the tasks assigned by the superior, successfully completed every coal loading, and there was no empty warehouse due to manpower and equipment reasons. All the tasks temporarily arranged by the Ministry have also been completed, including painting and spraying of 2 to 3 belts, thick and thin parts and other equipment; Daily recycled scrap iron is discharged from the warehouse, the loading area is cleaned up, the equipment is tracked experimentally, the coal accumulated in the 25m layer of the boiler is cleaned up, the windows are sealed with adhesive tape, the boiler mouth is cleaned up and the coal is opened, the sludge in the pump pit at the end of the third section and the drainage ditch at the end of the fourth section is cleaned up, and 8 quilts are made for the coal unloading ditch.
In terms of management, I have learned a lot of experience through the help of leaders and old squad leaders. Now, I have improved the team's information and management system, strictly implemented the handover system, and made patrol inspection on duty. In operation, 67 defects were found in equipment inspection, and 36 items were handled and accepted.
4. Save energy and reduce consumption.
Conduct energy saving and consumption reduction analysis once a month. Now mainly analyze and learn about the saving of water and electricity. The production workshop does not turn on the light during the day, and the light goes out when people leave at night. We also try to save water when cleaning all sanitary facilities. When cleaning the pump pit, the cleaned slime will also be sent back to the coal yard.
5. Working face
(1), Safety: Strengthen the safety training of team members, on the basis of safe production, seriously carry out the safety activities and work required by the factory and departments, and do a good job in the safety training and retraining of personnel to ensure that accidents such as personal injury and equipment do not occur throughout the year.
(2) Technology: Make a 20 12 training plan, strengthen the technical training of employees, improve the practical operation ability, and prevent major equipment damage accidents caused by misoperation.
(3) Earnestly implement the rules and regulations issued by the Ministry, complete the tasks of unloading, storing and loading coal in time, and ensure the coal consumption of the boiler.
(4) Stabilize the team of shift workers, let employees transport coal with peace of mind, keep abreast of the living conditions and difficulties of employees and give help.
(5) Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the factory and the Ministry in time.
20xx is coming. During this year, I learned a lot of knowledge and experience, and successfully completed all the work. During this period, the safety engineers of our company conducted unified and serious training and study on the safety production of coal conveying belts. By the end of June, there was no personal injury accident in our system. Because the dust removal effect of on-site dust collector has been obviously improved in the transformation last month, but because of the low moisture content in coal, our system needs to further improve the cleaning, maintenance and improvement of dust removal equipment, hoping to fundamentally solve the difficulties in on-site health maintenance and daily cleaning.
2. Maintenance, modification and improvement of equipment:

Our system has been on the right track, checking the reducers, rollers and subcontractors of all equipment, and the work is going very smoothly.

3. Personnel training:
Through technical lectures and on-site practical operation, the coal conveying system makes the operators familiar with the equipment system and operation performance, and master the basic skills such as equipment operation and accident handling. Make full use of study time, guide study on the spot, conduct monthly examination for all employees, integrate theory with practice, arrange examination questions, make training plans in time, and urge all employees to study actively. Complete 1 technical lectures and examinations, 3 on-site trainings and 2 safety education in the whole month.
4. Problems existing in coal conveying system:
Coal conveying equipment has been used for more than two years, and some parts of the equipment are aging or damaged normally during use, so operators need to be vigilant at all times.
5, production management:
(1) Stabilize the workforce, so that employees can safely transport coal. (2) Can create a good working environment for employees. Further improve the rules and regulations, strictly implement the rules and regulations, and put safety management and safety supervision at the top of all work.

In order to adapt to the spot check as soon as possible, I carefully studied the spot check requirements, went deep into the production site, actively studied the design intent, understood the design concept, experienced the design method, and based on my own practical experience, studied and analyzed the shortcomings and deficiencies in design and construction, and put forward my own solutions. * * * Put forward 18 field defects and five suggestions for improvement, of which eight have been implemented, seven have not been completed, and the remaining eight are under negotiation. Among them, the suggestion of hanging the liner of coal conveying drum was praised by the leaders. Through these works, I also summed up my own set of working ideas, which laid the foundation for further coal inspection in the future. Of course, there are also some shortcomings and defects, which need to be constantly improved in the future work, constantly studied and summarized, and constantly tested in practice.
2. Do a good job of data collection. As an inspector, one of the most important tasks is to collect and sort out data to ensure that every parameter and change of equipment is recorded. At present, the installation equipment instructions and related materials of related brother manufacturers have been collected, and the maintenance procedures and accounting of coal conveying equipment have been compiled.
3, cooperate with the engineering department to do a good job in site construction management. Our factory is under construction.
In the final stage, all the construction work has not been completed. In order to improve the technical level and management ability in an all-round way, we should actively go deep into the site and participate in the construction management of production. Go to the site for inspection every week, and report any problems in time. Cooperate with the Engineering Department, ministry of materials and equipment and the construction unit to do a good job in the inspection and acceptance of new equipment. In view of the belt vulcanization work in the construction site, active guidance, effective supervision and real-time control are carried out to ensure the personal and equipment safety, construction quality and construction period of the construction site.
4. Do a good job in study, training and examination. From a maintenance worker to a professional tallyman, you need to learn a lot, change a lot of ideas, and master a lot of new methods, new knowledge and new skills. In order to play the role of tally clerk as soon as possible, we should study deeply in our spare time, seize the opportunity of unit training and improve ourselves in an all-round way. Although there is still a long way to go to be a qualified tallyman, it will gradually become smaller as time goes by. Training has always been an important task for enterprises. On the one hand, actively participate in the training organized by the unit, broaden the knowledge in an all-round way, on the other hand, conscientiously complete the training assigned by the leaders. Due to the need of work, I am responsible for the training of CAD in the equipment department. In CAD training, two classes are taught openly. Before and after the training, we actively answer questions raised by comrades and patiently coach learners. Through the training, the expected purpose is achieved. In order to improve and show myself in an all-round way, win glory for the department, I actively and seriously participated in every exam, and now I have participated in two ministerial-level exams and won the third prize.
5. Do a good job in equipment maintenance of heating system in the new district. Equipment maintenance of heating system in new district is an important task undertaken by our equipment department. In order to improve the healthy operation level of heating equipment in an all-round way, we replaced the coal supply belt of the 40-ton boiler, oiled the rotating parts of the coal conveyor and bucket elevator, adjusted the belt tensioning device and deflection adjusting device, replaced the damaged hopper of the bucket elevator, replaced the worn idler of the coal conveyor, and stored the wearing parts, which fundamentally ensured the safe operation of the heating equipment.
6, do a good job in the publicity and reporting of coal transportation. Publicity and reporting is the window of foreign work and an important means to establish a professional image. In order to let the company personnel know about coal transportation and fuel, and show the spirit of the equipment department, the coal transportation personnel reported the main processes and events in production. Among them, the report that the overhaul of the heating and coal conveying system in the new district has been fully completed was published in the seventh issue of the Engineering Briefing.
Second, shortcomings and deficiencies.
Due to the short time in place, insufficient familiarity with the site and role change, some work is not done in place, the quality of work is not very high, and some work is not fully carried out. In the new year, I will correct these problems.

Carefully collect and sort out all kinds of documents, enrich the information base, knowledge base and material base, and effectively guide the production work.
3, continue to do a good job in learning, training and examination, strengthen publicity, improve personal quality and professional ability, improve the overall image of the department.
