Method for making prune cake
The preparation method of prune cake is as follows:

Tools/raw materials: flour, salt, water, edible oil, plastic wrap, preserved plum, pot, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sugar, electric baking pan.

1. Add salt to the flour and mix well. Pour in water and cooking oil and stir until the flour is flocculent. Then knead it into smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and wake it up 15 minutes.

2. Soak dried plums in water in advance, rinse thoroughly, drain and chop, pour oil into the pot, pour chopped green onion and stir fry, then pour dried plums and stir fry.

3. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar and salt and stir well.

4. Divide the awakened dough into 6 parts, knead it round and flatten it, wrap it in the cold dried plum stuffing, put it away and wake it up for five minutes in turn.
