Shenzhen Examinations Institute (formerly Shenzhen Examination Guidance Center) was established in February, 1993, 193. It is an institution with independent legal personality directly under the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the only professional examination institution in Shenzhen that undertakes the organization and management of various personnel examinations in the country, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, and provides various personnel examinations and talent evaluation services to the society.

Through exploration and practice, Shenzhen Examinations Institute has set up a number of examination teams, including proposition experts, marking experts, interviewers, invigilators, and patrol examinations, established a management system and standardized operation procedures covering the whole examination process, established an examination question bank with a total volume of more than 250,000 questions, and developed an online business system and various examination management information systems, thus realizing the professional, standardized, informational and scientific management of examination work.

In order to speed up the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the city with talents, the public examination service platform of Shenzhen Talent Park has convenient transportation, beautiful environment and complete facilities, with a total area of 8,000 square meters. There are 27 standardized general examination rooms for written interview, 5 specialized interview rooms and 3 computer examination rooms, which can accommodate 800 people for written interview or 30 interview groups for interview at the same time, and can also meet the needs of 200 people for electronic examination at the same time.
