I studied in Lanzhou at the end of last month. During these three days of study, I benefited a lot. I remember the speaker's words, which had a profound influence on me. So I suggest that other people in the company realize this truth as soon as possible, especially complaining about going to work when they are full. Why don't you change your mind? I listen carefully in every class and take notes in every class.
