2. Anyone who exceeds the working time 15 minutes is deemed to be late. Those who leave their posts 0/5 minutes before work/kloc-are deemed to leave early. Under special circumstances, the department manager will sign the attendance check-in for approval.
3. Those who arrive late or leave early for less than half an hour will be given a verbal warning in the employee handbook, and those who leave their posts for more than half an hour will be given a written warning in the employee handbook. One to two hours or more, one day's absenteeism shall be treated according to the serious warning in the employee handbook.
4. absenteeism:
(1) Absenteeism scope: those who don't go to work without the approval of the department manager; Those who arrive late and leave early for more than two hours; Those who go beyond the holiday without justifiable reasons; Undocumented sick leave; After investigation, the leave is inconsistent with the reasons for leave; Take a compensatory time off without consent.
② Punishment standard for absenteeism: 3 hours of absenteeism is calculated as half a day, and 50 yuan will be deducted; 7 hours of absenteeism will be counted as one day, and 100 yuan will be deducted; 2 days of absenteeism deducted 200 yuan; Absenteeism for 3 days, expulsion.
Second, the leave system:
1, sick leave:
① Emergency leave: Call the duty manager or department manager on the same day. After going to work, fill in the emergency certificate of the hospital at or above the county level, fill in the employee leave form, sign it by the department manager, and submit it to the company office for future reference.
② Emergency leave: When you are on duty, you can ask for leave from the Human Resources Department with the assistance of other employees in this department. Fill in the employee leave form, report it to the department manager for signature, and submit it to the Human Resources Department for future reference.
③ Ordinary sick leave: fill in the employee leave application form one day in advance, and submit it to the Human Resources Department for reference after being signed by the department manager.
(4) Those who have not been approved or have not gone through the leave formalities shall be treated as absenteeism.
2. Sick pay:
① The salary on the day of sick leave shall be settled at 50% of the daily salary.
(2) If the accumulated sick leave or sick leave exceeds one month at a time throughout the year, the company has the right to cancel the original post or dismiss and terminate the labor contract.
3. Personal leave: Hotel employees have a rest due to the personal leave approval procedure and are regarded as personal leave by the company.
① Normal personal leave: If an employee has something to do, he/she must fill in the employee leave application form at the Human Resources Department one day in advance, which will be signed by the department manager and reported to the Human Resources Department for future reference. Without approval, it will be treated as absenteeism.
② Emergency leave: Call the duty manager or department manager for approval on the day before leave. after work
Fill in the employee leave application form with relevant certificates (such as the certificate of non-company employee liability accident issued by traffic law enforcement department, etc.). ) to the human resources department. After the department manager signs it, submit it to the Human Resources Department for future reference. This kind of vacation requires company certification. If it is not approved, it will be treated as absenteeism.
③ Personal leave salary: I will deduct my salary for one day of personal leave.
④ Time of personal leave: accumulated or one-time personal leave exceeds 15 days. The company has the right to cancel the original position, persuade to leave and terminate the labor contract.
4. Marriage leave: All employees who have worked in the hotel for one year continuously and meet the national marriage age can enjoy paid marriage leave for 3 days (including public holidays and holidays) according to the regulations of returning to China.
Hotel employees can get married in accordance with state regulations and enjoy three days' marriage leave. Marriage leave must be enjoyed at the time of marriage and cannot be used alone. The use period is valid for half a year from the date of receiving the marriage certificate.
Leave for Marriage Leave: If a hotel official contract employee applies for marriage leave, he/she must fill in the Employee Leave Application Form at the Human Resources Department 30 days in advance, and submit it to the Human Resources Department for filing after being signed and approved by the department manager.
5. Shift change and shift change:
In principle, the hotel is not allowed to change the rest time or shift. Employees must go to work according to the shift time stipulated by the hotel and rest on the public holidays arranged in advance. If it is really necessary to change, it must be signed by the department manager and reported to the Human Resources Department for the record before it can be formally changed. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism.
6. Compensatory leave:
If employees need to rest or work overtime due to work, the hotel will give them the same rest time within one year according to the work arrangement.
The hotel department is not allowed to borrow holidays. If any employee in the department asks for leave, the person in charge of the department directly under which the leave is arranged shall bear the responsibility of asking for leave.
7. bereavement leave:
If immediate family members (such as parents, children, spouses, in-laws, parents-in-law) and non-immediate family members (including grandparents) of hotel employees die, employees can get three days paid funeral leave for immediate family members and one day paid funeral leave for non-immediate family members. Employees apply for funeral leave with valid certificates. This leave is used once for funeral leave.
8. Statutory holidays: Hotel employees can enjoy eleven paid holidays stipulated by the state. Namely:
New Year's Day: one day Spring Festival: three days Tomb-Sweeping Day: one day.
Dragon Boat Festival: One day Labor Day: One day Mid-Autumn Festival: One day.
National Day: three days.
Female employees have another half-day holiday on March 8, International Women's Day. If there is a public holiday, they will not be compensated.
According to the relevant regulations of the state, the May 4th Youth Day has a half-day holiday. If there is a public holiday, no compensation will be given.
9. Annual leave: All full-time employees have worked in this hotel for one year, and the attendance rate in that year is over 98%. You can enjoy paid annual leave (except holidays) in the following year, and you can add one working day every year from the second year, with the longest working day not exceeding 10.

10. Maternity leave: The official female employees of the hotel can enjoy the paid maternity leave (including public holidays and holidays) stipulated by the state only when they reach childbearing age and meet the national policy of late marriage and late childbirth, and have worked in the hotel for one year. Specific provisions shall be implemented in accordance with national policies.
1 1. Nursing leave: When the wife of a married male employee gives birth, the hotel can give the male employee five days' paid maternity leave (including holidays), but he must hold a valid birth certificate.
12. The human resources department has the right to check whether the signature of the personnel on duty is accurate. Check-in registration and fingerprint checking are carried out by special personnel according to the arrival time.
