Introduction to yoga
I was born in a military family and was loved by my parents since I was a child. When I was a child, I was timid, ill, moody and willful. 1968 I was 14 years old when I joined the army. Later, I worked as a health soldier, a nurse and a military doctor. After I transferred to the local hospital, I was engaged in clinical ophthalmology and medical plastic surgery and ran my own health care products company. Decades of life experience has honed my strong, hard-working, hard-working, unyielding and challenging character, and I pursue perfection in my work, study and life. Due to the fatigue at work, the pressure in life and the long-term overdraft of physical and mental strength, I suffered from rheumatic arthritis, cervical hyperplasia, lumbar disc herniation, chronic gastritis, neurasthenia and other diseases.

In the process of work, it is found that behind many people's deliberate pursuit of external beauty, the essence is psychological rejection, disapproval and self-confidence, and they lack a correct understanding of life and beauty. I realize more and more that what people need especially is the care of life and the beauty of the soul.

Fate brought me into contact with yoga and began to study religion, philosophy, psychology and health preservation. At the same time, I use yoga as a tool to explore myself and practice my body and mind. My mind was constantly washed, and my consciousness gradually changed, which not only relieved my physical diseases and symptoms, but also magically disappeared some chronic diseases, restored my youthful vitality, and made me really feel like going back in time. Gratitude, love and acceptance in life are constantly rising! So I decided to do one thing, that is, to fill the gap in the traditional life science education and cultural communication of yoga in China. I started my yoga career from 65438 to 0997, and my life has been linked with yoga since then. Spreading yoga has become my pleasure, my mission, my career, my life and even everything to me!

In 2003, when I was 50 years old, I found myself suffering from breast cancer. Yoga has deeply entered my life, experiencing and accepting diseases in the valley of life. I regard such a special experience as a test given by God and an opportunity for self-reflection. In my experience, I realized that the causes of diseases are very complicated. A fundamental reason is the deviation of thinking mode and lifestyle. Body and mind are separated, and our consciousness and subconscious need to be connected. Excessive use of inherent tolerance and responsibility, ignoring and suppressing people's internal needs ... Disease gives us a chance to walk into ourselves, learn to let go, learn to accept and tolerate, learn to show weakness and change ... Disease makes us long for health in pain, and we will take care of ourselves more; Let our hearts become as soft as water, no longer blindly rational and strong; Let us know how to adapt and learn everything; Let us feel the helplessness that life is worse than death, so that we can live to death actively ... In short, illness allows us to understand the highest state of life, yoga and human beauty more deeply, lead to a complete road, be reborn, and live a brand-new, more complete and true self. Over the years, I have used yoga as a tool for self-healing, integrated the spiritual practice of yoga into my work and life, and integrated it into the cause of life care education, and spread yoga culture more actively and enthusiastically in the form of professional yoga training courses, physical and mental workshops, public welfare lectures and activities.
