First, the recruitment target

Social supervisors are mainly selected from news media workers, legal workers, teachers, community workers, "two representatives and one member", parents' representatives, retirees and other social figures.

Second, the selection requirements

Must have lived in this county for more than three years, aged 18, under 65 years old, in good health, with full capacity for civil conduct, without criminal punishment and bad credit record (over 65 years old, the physical condition can be relaxed to 70 years old, and I voluntarily apply).

Third, job responsibilities

(two) invited to participate in the organization of off-campus training governance law enforcement inspection and supervision activities;

(three) reflect the illegal problems of off-campus training institutions to the competent department of off-campus training in a realistic, fair and objective manner, and provide relevant clues and evidence for the illegal school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions;

(four) in-depth investigation to understand the actual situation of off-campus training governance, according to the understanding of the situation in a timely manner to reflect the problems and weak links in governance, and put forward opinions and suggestions.

Fourth, the content of supervision.

Mainly to supervise and give feedback on the licensing qualification, safety management, training content, employees, fee supervision and other key contents of off-campus training institutions and related violations, including:

(a) school buildings, housing construction, food hygiene, facilities and equipment do not meet the relevant provisions, there are major security risks;

(two) undocumented (refers to the school license and approval, the same below) (refers to the registration certificate and business license of private non-enterprise units, the same below), incomplete licenses, illegal training activities;

(3) There are behaviors such as over-standard and over-range training, and the training content is vulgar and illegal;

(four) there are illegal advertising behaviors such as exaggerating the training effect, misleading the public education concept, and creating parents' anxiety;

(five) the teacher information is not publicized in a prominent position in the training institutions and websites, and the personnel engaged in teaching and training do not have the corresponding professional (professional) ability or teacher qualification certificate;

(six) the charging items and standards have not been publicized to the public for supervision;

(seven) did not fully use the "primary and secondary school training service contract (model text)";

(eight) in violation of the relevant provisions of the "measures for the administration of off-campus training materials for primary and secondary school students (Trial)" issued by the general office of the Ministry of Education;

(9) The end time of offline training exceeds 20:30, and the end time of online training exceeds 21:00;

(ten) whether there are in-service teachers in primary and secondary schools to make up lessons;

(eleven) in violation of the provisions of the "invisible variation" to carry out discipline training;

(twelve) other illegal acts of running schools.

1. The employment period of social supervisors is 1 year, counting from the date of employment.

2. Social supervisors belong to voluntary service posts and do not enjoy remuneration.

3. Social supervisors shall be dismissed under any of the following circumstances:
