According to relevant data, the supporting unit of Henan Oilfield Learning Center was formerly Henan Oilfield Technical School, which was founded in 1974. In 2000, on the basis of the original technical school, the team of the original oilfield party school, staff university, staff secondary school, vocational high school and other units was merged, and the human resources development center was established. On 20/0/5, it was renamed as the training center. At present, it has become a comprehensive employee education and training base in Henan Oilfield.
