The Shu army was short of pots, cans and dices, so it took local materials, woven bamboo into a steamer, and then mixed with miscellaneous grains to eat, thus alleviating the urgent need. Later, smart and hardworking Wanzhou people widely used this method to cook mutton. After 1780 years of improvement and development, today's unique catering has finally formed.
