Supervision discipline stipulated in civil servant training
Thirty-second organizations and personnel departments shall supervise and inspect the training of civil servants, and stop and correct acts in violation of these provisions.

Thirty-third civil servants where the organ fails to perform the duties of civil service training, the organization and personnel department shall order it to make rectification within a time limit, and if it fails to do so within the time limit, it shall be given to informed criticism.

Thirty-fourth civil service training institutions in any of the following circumstances, the organization and personnel department shall order rectification within a time limit, overdue reform to be informed criticism; If the circumstances are serious, the relevant departments shall punish the leaders who are mainly responsible and the persons who are directly responsible:

(1) Recruiting students by improper means;

(two) in the name of civil service training, organize public travel or engage in high-consumption activities;

(3) collecting training fees in violation of relevant state regulations;

(four) in violation of the relevant provisions of the state, unauthorized issuance of academic certificates, degree certificates, qualification certificates and training certificates;

(five) other violations of law and discipline.

Thirty-fifth civil servants who violate the relevant provisions and disciplines of training during the training period should be criticized and educated according to the seriousness of the case until they are punished.
