Party dues must be used for Party activities, mainly as a supplement to party member's education funds, and adhere to the principle of "overall arrangement, living within our means, with a slight surplus".

Party dues are the funds paid by party member to Party organizations for the cause and activities of the Party. Paying membership dues is party member's obligation to the Party organization and party member's concern for the Party's cause. It can not only provide funds for the activities of party organizations, but also help them economically. More importantly, it can enhance party member's organizational concept. According to the regulations of party constitution, it is the minimum requirement of party member for party member to pay membership dues to Party organizations.
