There are usually five steps in the recruitment process.
The first step is to determine the personnel demand and make a recruitment plan.

The second step is to choose the recruitment method.

The third step is the preparation before the interview.
To have a certain understanding of the recruitment position, just communicate it during the interview. And the resume filling form should be prepared in advance.
Step 4: Hire employees.
After the interview, the managers of each department and the manager of human resources department jointly determine the list of candidates. Newly registered employees are required to provide a copy of the guarantor's ID card, a copy of the household registration book, photos, a copy of the real estate license and a medical certificate.
Step 5: Pre-employment training
Since you are a novice to change temporarily, don't go through too complicated procedures and pay attention to summing up experience. You'll get familiar with it after a few more interviews.
