(four) to guide and urge election of villagers committee to formulate specific election work plans and election methods;
(five) to guide and help election of villagers committee to review the specific situation of candidates or voters who recommend themselves for election;
(six) to deal with issues related to the election according to law, confirm the election results under special circumstances, and decide whether to reorganize the election;
(seven) to guide the selection of village group leaders and village representatives;
(eight) to supervise the printing and storage of ballot papers;
(nine) statistics, summary of the election situation, establish and improve the election work files;
(ten) to handle other matters in the election work. Eighth village committee election shall be presided over by election of villagers committee. Election of villagers committee consists of five to nine directors and members.
Members of election of villagers committee shall be voters who are familiar with election laws and regulations, are enthusiastic about serving the villagers, listen to opinions, act fairly, have a decent style and have prestige in the village.
Election of villagers committee is elected by villagers' meetings, villagers' representative meetings or villagers' group meetings. The method of production and the specific number of places shall be discussed and approved by the villagers' meeting or the villagers' representative meeting.
The list of members of election of villagers committee shall be published in a timely manner, and reported to the election guidance institutions of the villagers' committees of the people's governments of townships and towns for the record. Article 9 A member of election of villagers committee who is nominated as a candidate for membership of a villagers' committee or participates in the competition shall withdraw from election of villagers committee.
Spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters of candidates for members of villagers' committees and voters who voluntarily participate in the election of members of election of villagers committee shall withdraw from election of villagers committee.
The election of members of the villagers' committee who do not attend the meeting twice in a row or attend the meeting but do not vote can be regarded as automatically withdrawing from the election of the villagers' committee.

(six) organize voters to nominate candidates or recommend themselves, review the specific circumstances of candidates or voters, and publish the list of candidates or candidates;
(7) Organizing candidates or self-recommendation persons to meet with voters;
(eight) to determine and announce the election date, organize and preside over the voting, and review and announce the election results;
(nine) to accept, investigate and handle the reports and complaints of voters about the election;
(ten) responsible for the printing and storage of votes;
(eleven) to preside over the transfer of the villagers' committee;
(twelve) to summarize and report the election work and establish the election work files;
(thirteen) to handle other matters in the election work.
