With the continuous emergence of high-tech and new technology, machinery manufacturing, installation and maintenance industries are gradually developing in the direction of refinement, and the requirements for welding technology are getting higher and higher. In recent years, the use of CO2 gas shielded welding has increased rapidly. The technical transformation of welding mechanization and automation has been accelerated; In automobiles, auto parts, rolling stock and other manufacturing industries, the number of welding robots is increasing rapidly. The welding automation rate is rapidly improved. At present, the welding talents in China are mainly junior welders, and the proportion of middle and senior workers is extremely low, which seriously restricts the development of China's welding manufacturing industry. High-and middle-level workers are urgently needed talents for China's economic development.

Five, the theory and skills teaching content description

1, theoretical knowledge:

Master the basic knowledge of common welding methods such as covered electrode arc welding, argon arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, and the weldability of common welding materials such as carbon steel, low-alloy high-strength steel, stainless steel, cast iron and heat-resistant steel, and understand the working principle and debugging methods of common welding equipment. Be able to participate in the preparation of general welding structure production process and welding process specification; Able to analyze the reliability of simple welded joints and calculate the static load strength of simple welded joints; Analyze the defects of welding structure and formulate welding process measures; Familiar with welding safety knowledge, develop civilized production habits, and reach the intermediate technical level of welders.

2, skill operation:

Can use common welding methods to weld metal materials, and can correctly select and use covered electrode, flux, welding wire, shielding gas, etc. For welding ordinary metal materials, we can correctly select and apply ordinary welding methods and related equipment and auxiliary devices, use ordinary welding and cutting methods to weld and cut ordinary metal materials, control and improve the performance of welded joints, control and correct welding residual deformation, and prevent common welding defects and repair defects.

Six, curriculum and requirements

1, mechanical drawing

Make students master the basic knowledge of mechanical drawing, basic projection theory and relevant national standards. We should give priority to map recognition and combine map recognition with drawing. Emphasis is placed on cultivating students' drawing reading ability, which requires students to understand the assembly drawings of parts with moderate complexity, master the basic knowledge and skills of drawing, and have the ability to draw complex parts drawings and simple assembly drawings.

2, tolerance and technical measurement

To enable students to master the dimensional tolerance, form and position tolerance, surface roughness, the solution and marking of various codes, the calculation and application of various matching systems, and the correct use, management and maintenance of commonly used measuring instruments.

3, metal materials and heat treatment

Enable students to master the brand, composition, performance and application scope of commonly used metal materials, initially understand the internal structure of metal materials, and understand the general relationship between composition, structure and performance of metal materials. Master the general principles, common methods and applications of heat treatment of metal materials.

4, electrotechnics

Enable students to acquire the necessary knowledge of electrical principles, electrical drive control circuits, electrical instruments, etc. Understand the basic structure, patterns, symbols and main uses of electrical equipment commonly used in general machinery industry, acquire the basic knowledge of correct use, maintenance and safe use of electricity, understand the control circuit diagram of general simple appliances, and understand the basic knowledge of industrial electronics.

5, welder technology

Enable students to fully grasp the technical theory and process knowledge needed for this type of work, and have independent process analysis ability and necessary operation ability for typical workpiece processing methods. Make clear the performance, structure, working principle, relationship and adjustment and maintenance methods of the main equipment and tools of this type of work. Welding practice: covered electrode arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, manual TIG welding, other welding and cutting methods, metal material welding, typical welding structure welding, welding production and application, etc.

6, riveting process

Enable students to master the relevant knowledge such as calibration, lofting and marking, and expand the basic knowledge of lofting, lofting, blanking, parts pretreatment, bending forming, connection and assembly.

7. Fitter practice

Master the role of locksmith in machinery manufacturing and maintenance, and master the safety operation procedures of locksmith. Master the characteristics and applications of scoring, sawing, filing, chiseling, drilling, reaming, tapping, fastening, scraping and grinding, as well as the use of equipment, tools, fixtures and measuring tools.
