College English Test Band 4 is called National College English Test Band 4. Since 199 1, the Ministry of Education of Chinese mainland has begun to conduct a survey of English majors in national comprehensive universities. The examination covers English listening, speaking, reading and writing. The oral test is officially implemented from 1998, and you need to register separately.
