Game props: watch or mobile phone with second hand.

Game play: All colleagues sit with their eyes closed. After the host called for the start, they meditated for a minute in their hearts. When they feel that one minute is up, they raise their hands (55-60 seconds is considered qualified). After one minute, all the colleagues who raised their hands were eliminated. After everyone raised their hands, the game ended and the eliminated colleagues entered the next game.
