Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Southwest Medical University is directly affiliated to Sichuan Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and directly affiliated to Southwest Medical University. It is a three-level and first-class comprehensive teaching hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research with the characteristics of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Registration requirements: Full-time bachelor degree or above, graduated from traditional Chinese medicine (excluding ethnic medicine) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, aged no more than 28 (1 born after September 19951). Obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate (provided when new graduates register for school, those who fail to obtain will be disqualified). Good political thought, physical condition and professional foundation, in line with post requirements. Volunteer to participate in the standardized training of Chinese medicine residents as a "student".
Training process:
1, training method. The standardized training of TCM residents adopts the combination of theoretical study, ward rotation training, outpatient teaching and learning with teachers.
2. Training time. The training time is 3 years, and the training base will determine the specific time and content of the training according to the clinical experience and diagnosis and treatment ability of graduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Among them, the training time of professional degree doctor is not less than 12 months, and the training time of professional degree master is not less than 24 months. The training cycle of degree graduates will not be reduced.
3. Training and treatment. Socialized students: basic financial subsidy (2000 yuan/person/month)+housing subsidy+catering subsidy+other subsidies; Unified purchase of social insurance and medical insurance, the unit part paid by the hospital. The unit entrusts trainees: basic financial subsidies will be granted, and the original personnel and salary relationship will remain unchanged during the training period. Wages, subsidies and other welfare benefits (including all kinds of insurance) stipulated by the state shall be borne by the employing unit according to the relevant policies and regulations of the state and the province.
