The first step is to be familiar with the case, and let the students know the background and problems of the case by reading the text, reading the case or watching the video.
The second step is analysis and discussion. According to the questions raised by the trainer, students can think independently or discuss in groups. My general operation is to discuss more in groups, and each group finally gets a group discussion result.
The third step is to share the results, and invite students to share on stage in the name of individuals or groups.
The fourth step is to summarize and sublimate. The trainer summarizes the contents shared by the students, deeply analyzes and interprets them, and finally leads to the viewpoints, conclusions and course contents to be taught. This step is the crowning touch. It is a test for trainers to make ideas impractical and how to sublimate them, which should not only rise to the theoretical level but also be combined with the theme and shared by students.
