Contents and forms of training regulations for primary and secondary school principals
Sixth primary and secondary school principals training should focus on improving the ability and level of principals to organize and implement quality education. Its contents mainly include political theory, ideological and moral cultivation, educational policies and regulations, modern educational theory and practice, school management theory and practice, modern educational technology, modern science and technology and humanities and social science knowledge. The specific content of training should be focused according to the actual needs of different objects.

Seventh primary and secondary school principals training to on-the-job or short-term full-time non-academic training, mainly including:

Post qualification training: according to the requirements of the post specification for primary and secondary school principals, the new or proposed principals are trained with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties as the main content. The total training time is not less than 300 hours.

On-the-job principal upgrading training: On-the-job principal training with the main content of learning new knowledge, mastering new skills, improving management ability, and researching and exchanging school-running experience. The training time is not less than 240 hours every five years.

Advanced training for backbone principals: training principals with rich experience in running schools and certain theoretical accomplishment and research ability, aiming at training school education, teaching and management experts.

Eighth primary and secondary school principals training class system, can also be used to focus on special topics, subsection teaching, cumulative credits.

Article 9 The education administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels and relevant training institutions shall make full use of the modern distance education resources provided by the state, actively create conditions, and use modern educational technology to carry out the training of primary and secondary school principals.
