Safety production education is an organized and purposeful human activity, which is obtained from nature or treated differently according to different objects under specific conditions and environments. Generally speaking, production and business units are both organizers and users of such activities. Different production and business units have different factors that may endanger human health.

I. Relevant provisions of laws and regulations.

Safety education and training is an important responsibility given to governments at all levels and production and business units by laws and regulations such as the Safety Production Law. The Law on Work Safety clearly stipulates that enterprises must perform their duties in accordance with laws and regulations. Beijing Post Company put forward the same requirements for safety education and training according to the Law on Safety in Production: those who fail the safety education and training examination shall not be employed.

Second, the need for employees to protect themselves.

After entering the post, employees should understand and be familiar with the working environment, improve their safety awareness, master the skills of safe operation, and master the skills of dealing with emergencies or unexpected situations, so as to prevent and avoid accidents in the production process, ensure their own safety and normal production, and achieve "three no injuries" (that is, no harm to others, no harm to themselves, no harm to others).
