Construction of Land-based Workshop The land-based workshop in this study was built in Raoping Mangrove Ecological Fisheries Co., Ltd., which is close to the sea, with convenient land and water transportation and sufficient water and electricity supply. The foundation of the workshop adopts concrete structure (depth 1.5m), the middle and upper parts adopt insulation board, and the ceiling adopts steel structure bracket with insulation board and iron sheet. Workshop length18m, width 8m and height 3m. Equipped with 8 windows and 8 ceiling fans, it is convenient to adjust the indoor light intensity and temperature.

Construction and perfection of breeding system The design of a single incubator is 35cm long, 30cm wide and 15cm high, with built-in overflow pipe (7cm high). Each incubator can hold 5 liters of seawater. Incubators are arranged horizontally and vertically to form a three-dimensional culture system, with two rows on each floor and 20 individual incubators in each row. * * * 8th floor, ***320 Aquarium. In order to improve the culture efficiency and facilitate management, the culture system has been improved in the following three aspects: (1) a pressurized sewage device is added, which can directly inject high-pressure water into the sewage pipeline, effectively remove the residual bait in the sewage pipeline and prevent the water quality from deteriorating; (2) adopting a high-pressure water inlet and increasing oxygen in the aquaculture water; ③ observation wells are added to facilitate lighting and real-time observation.
