1. When using non-contact infrared temperature measuring gun to measure temperature, aim the non-contact infrared temperature measuring gun at the measured object and press the key. At this time, we should pay attention to the ratio between the distance and the size of the measurement area. This machine is equipped with a laser light to aim at the measured object.

2. Object distance ratio

Refers to the ratio of the measured distance to the surface area of the measured object. When the distance between the non-contact infrared temperature measuring gun and the measured object increases, the surface area between the thermometer and the measured object is required to be larger. 3. Observation range

Ensure that the measured object is larger than the measuring area of this machine. The small diameter of the measuring area should be greater than 1.5 cm2.

4. Reflectivity

The emissivity of most organic materials, paints or oxidized materials is 0.95 (this machine has been set). A smooth or polished metal surface may lead to inaccurate measurement. When compensating, it is necessary to cover the surface with adhesive tape or black paint, and then measure the temperature after it is the same as the temperature of the underlying material.

5. Press the battery switch, install the battery correctly, press the switch button to turn it on, the LCD will display the battery symbol and temperature value, and the retention time of the value is about 7 seconds.

According to the size of the measured object, select the appropriate distance, aim at the measured object, press the button switch, and the LCD will display the temperature value and reading.

Points for attention in using infrared temperature measuring gun.

1, only the surface temperature is measured. Infrared temperature measuring gun cannot measure the internal temperature.

2. Don't measure the temperature through the glass. The reflection and transmission characteristics of glass are different from other materials, so the infrared temperature reading is affected.

3. It is recommended not to use infrared temperature measuring gun to measure bright or polished metal surfaces (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.). ).

4. Pay attention to environmental conditions. Steam, dust, smoke, etc. Covering the lens prevents accurate measurement.

5. Pay attention to the ambient temperature. If the infrared temperature measuring gun encounters sudden environmental temperature difference above 10 degree, let the instrument adapt to the new environmental temperature for at least 20 minutes.
